1. Excellent location - You will get to feel the sun in the morning which is very much needed during the stay. Close to Leh market (700 m). Close to a filling (100 m) station. Close to a good restaurant (Yeti Kitchen). Close to a bike rental shop (300 m)
2. Room - Fully ventilated. Owner provided us a room with a balcony which is having a great view. Water Geyser is available.
3. Price - Better when compared to resorts and hotels in Leh. Affordable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.The manager there was very helpful and helped us get our inner line permits and rental bikes and taxi for nubra tour.Food was tasty . overall a very good experience.
The owner was at the property when we arrived and was super nice. His cute husky is a highlight. The staff are kind and helpful. Location-wise it's good - at a walkable distance from the Leh market and bike rental places. The dorm was clean and comfy. The food and drinks at the cafe taste good with great portions. The cafe itself is quite cozy and has great vibes.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't enjoy the food much due to our short stay.
Clean rooms, simple homely food, super helpful staff along with proximity (5 min walk) to the main market made our stay really convenient. The owner of the property was really helpful and gave us suggestions and contacts (cab, bike rental, hotels in other locations etc) for further planning our trip from Leh. I would recommend this easily to my friends and family!
Milam Hostel was a great choice for my stay in Leh. Centrally located, just a few meters from the main market and Leh Palace. Plenty of restaurants, bike rentals & bus stand are in walking distance. The dormitory is spacious with lockers. The beds are very comfty, personal powerplugs next to it and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended while staying in Leh!
Snow lion is one of the best things that happened to us in Leh. Starting from the warm welcome we received, how they guided us on sightseeing and helped with the permits and on getting a rental bike right outside the hotel, and ofcourse the tasty food and the helpful staff. Julley, Anu and Arnab!
Everything! They help you in everything you need; taxis, bike rental, restaurants, tips and they have an excellent Mutton Momos! They take care of you, the staff is very friendly, almost like your family. Recomended 100%!!
