The room is spacious, very well equipped with minimal kitchen with working induction and utensils. The most beautiful part of this stay is the spacious balcony with lakeview. It’s really beautiful. The room was very well maintained in terms of interior and hygiene. Javed was extremely helpful for smooth checkin. Caretaker, Dhananjay was polite and helped us with room tour. Also if anything needed he is there for you. For food, we had ordered from the menu they kept in the room and the food was delicious. Many of my friends asked me about this stay as it looks the same it is shown in the picture. Loved it! Definately a great place if you want a quite and peaceful time to spend.

Excellent location, compact room, apartment location & view from the room exceptional, market was easily & nearby available. place is very quite & energetic. Roads are nice. Outside food was good & economical
absolutely cosy and pretty little studio overlooking the lake. walkable distance to almost everything in central Lavasa. Felt private as well as well connected, if needed. Everything was pretty great honestly!
Superb Location(5th Floor), Lake view, Calm, Clean, Cozy and Comfortable flat was provided. All the amenities such as utensils, bathroom toiletries were provided. Dhananjay welcomed us with his soft and decent nature for handing over and receiving the keys. Javed handled our booking nicely and attended to the phone call promptly for all our queries. Further he even arranged for the Pune cab drop via the local Lavasa taxi operator.
Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view and nice interior. The apartment was clean and the host kept updating on time with a few changes regarding the caretaker. All facilities provided are fully functional and neat. Will really love to visit again. Must visit place to relax with peace, silence and disconnect from the hectic city life.

The place is as shown in the pictures. Everything mentioned in amenities is available and up to date. Will definitely visit again for a longer stay.
This is an private apartment (not a guest house/ holiday home) in Lavasa right next to the lake, so the location and view were amazing (which is pretty much the only good thing about this place). Caretaker was prompt with check-in and check-out.
The location is perfect, overlooking the lake with all the food stalls next to the place. The pictures represented are accurate. This Studio Apartment has been done up in a very elegant manner and best interest of guests have been kept in mind. There is a large Refrigerator and Microwave Oven available. Also most Channels of Tata Sky were working on HD. The place is clean, well maintained and the Care Taker was available on the spot to handover the keys. A very good place to relax and rejuvenate.
