The location is perfect.. though it is in the heart of the city, it's off the road so there's no noise of traffic. The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very nice for a family stay.
The caretaker, Mr Varekar is very accomodating and available on call at any time.
Will definitely visit again.

For us it's was one of best property to stay in Kolhapur. Flat is located in a modern township and all required amenities, restaurants are nearby. Host was great, responsive and friendly. Definitely would visit again

I think i had confirmed the booking for two rooms for 3 persons. And the price quoted for the property was in line with the expectation of 2 rooms for 3 guests. But we provided with only one room for the 3 of us. Besides, Rs 3100/- for that room was a bit too expensive. I may not go there in the future and may not recommend the property to any one.
