We were a group of friends and stayed in a 2 BHK flat in Aatreya Serviced Apartment. The rooms were clean and extra beds was arranged by the host as per our requirements. This is the best affordable stay in Kalpetta and easily accessible by roadways. If you're looking for a budget friendly stay, then go for it.
This is really near to the main market, The view from the 2 BHK apartments is really great. You can book it as it is a good budget hotel with a view and near to the main market
Room was clean, neat and provided with all facilities. Food provided was very nice land homely food. There is a good amount of space to walk in the garden inside apartment and kids will enjoy to swing in jula tied under the mango tree. Even lunch and dinner you can order and have it which was provided with good quality and quantity. Mini fridge and induction stove provided inside room was very good. Thanks to the owner for providing us bunch of home grown mangoes as Compliment.
It was an awesome experience. It's worthy. So hygienic. I feel the room , and the entire apartment like crystal clear. That much clean.bathroom also.
Facilities are amazing in this price. I really loved it❤️ the breakfast is so yummy. In kitchen thr is refrigerator, induction, electric kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder's &sugar. It's really helpful.
The location of this property is just perfect. 15 mins walk from the main Kalpetta market. The view was really good, especially with big balconies facing 3 directions. The entire apartment was spacious.
