This is a wonderful family-run boutique hotel in a building handed down from grandparents. They are gradually renovating new rooms and from what I saw, each suite is unique with some antique and bespoke furniture.
The kids and the family dog are a delight.
I hadn't been to Calcutta for 30 years and had planned my visit to be short due to my memories from back then.
This was a mistake. After staying here I wish I had another week in this revitalised city.
