The location is neither beach nor urban but there is a small village adjacent to the property that has its own interest and charm: an ATM, shops and food stalls, a small supermarket, a couple of restaurants and bars of a genuinely local kind. We sat at a tea stall and chatted with an interesting and diverse group of friendly folk.
No patio, despite site saying there was one, but there is a very nice, lively area in the garden by the pool that serves as the bar and restuarant. We ate there both nights and the food was really good and good value. The man who runs it is an an asset to the place, too.

It was a beautiful large 2BHK with comfortable Sleeping space. Kitchen was fully functional and the necessary vessels were in place. The surroundings were peaceful. There was hot water in a bathroom. It was a very nice experience to navigate to this place via a ferry. Zomato delivery is available. We had a comfortable stay. Our toddler was happy with the space as well. Definitely recommendable. Panjim is quite close from here as well. Though an island the roads are well lit. We did not find it difficult to find the place once we landed on the island.

Almost everything! The kitchen had good choice of utensils and dishware. Very clean by Indian standards. The apartment was cosy and nicely decorated, nice choice of lighting and lamps, comfy sofa. Although, the location is a bit remote especially from the beach, very good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Calm area, other than the occasional noise coming from the resort next door. This is a service apartment in Arpora, really close to the famous Parra road! We wanted an apartment with kitchen and this studio apartment was a perfect fit for us. The neighbor hood is calm and peaceful and all everything is almost nearby (just a few minutes on the scooter)
The caretaker Raju and Mayur were really helpful with every little thing! We had a good stay for 2 weeks
