The location is great, right on a main street but not too noisy, with a side entrance. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping and security, is friendly and helpful. I love Indian food BUT for some other American travelers, the attached burger restaurant is outstanding. GET THE ZUCCHINI FRIES.

The service was amazing. Guests have a little too much freedom and from the look of it, they sometimes abuse it. Please, if you are a guest at this place, keep it clean and cozy, don't be too dirty. However the staff does a great job at cleaning every surface.

Getting back to an oasis of peace and luxury after a hectic day of travel made this the perfect place to relax. The apartment was huge, great for a large group with attached bathrooms in each bedroom. The stunning views of the canopy of coconut trees below and in the distance views of the ocean was most idyllic.

Clean and well maintained spacious apartment with awesome views. Located in a private quiet neighborhood is about 1.5 km from main road so own transport is a must. Well equipped kitchen for preparing basic meals. Best was it is a short distance to Manipal Hospital where my mom was admitted so in terms of location it was ideal for us. Everything about this place. The staff were amazing. Catered for all needs. Polite, helpful, and always friendly with a smile. The pool was very clean, along with all the facilities. Great food and the local beach were tranquil, calm, and pretty secluded. The location was great, but we did have a scooter to get about on. The apartment was bang on. There is plenty of space with hot water and comfy bed.
We wanted a place close to Manipal Hospital and this was the ideal place we could ever ask for. The security system is well placed. Food delivery was never a problem as people know this location. The host and the property caretaker are always in communication with eachother. You do not have to worry about it. Travel adaptors everywhere around the apartment if you use other pin plugs for charging a big plus.
