The entire society is EXTREMELY well maintained, quiet and provides a lot of facilities like swimming pool, game room and rooftop deck.
Even the wifi speed was good which allowed me to make this workation work.
Overall even few days here was worth it. That's quite saying something.
Pavan as a host is also very accommodating and he was kind to adjust to our timings as well. Overall loved it and would definitely come back again.

The stay was absolutely perfect thanks to Sanjeev the host. The location is very good. It's close to GOI Dabolim Airport and also places like Panjim are easy to reach. The rooms are very big and luxurious. There is a very good AC (which is important to have in Goa) and the room is equipped with everything you need. Tv is very nice and the kitchen is also perfect. The pool in the building is very big and it's really nice to swim there. But the biggest highlight of the stay was Sanjeev the Host. He is a very friendly, honest man and he always offert help and tried to make my stay even better. I would totally recommend staying here and big thanks to Sanjeev🙏🏾!

Each and everything was up to mark❤️ Loved the way everything was managed. Clean Rooms, well maintained Kitchen, Clean Sofa's / Beds, Towels, Washroom was very clean. Good Wifi speed. One of the best thing from this room is the View. Must recommend this in the monsoon season.

The property is an excellent 2 bhk furnished service apartment. Though we checked in around 8 pm, they kept the keys to the flat in a digital locker outside the main door. Clean flat. Outstanding facilities inside premises. Secure stay. Well-covered parking space. The apartment can hold 6 persons. Checkout was hassle free though it is around 9 am. There is a separate person inside the property who does kitchen services (breakfast. Lunch, dinner, etc) whose dinner and breakfast was excellent.
