The ambience and the view was great, the staff was helpful and really friendly. If you want to enjoy the quietness, away from bustle of traffic and still within 20 mins from old manali, you can choose this.

The property is super dreamy and the A-frame Rooms were very comfortable. You really get a lot for the inexpensive price. The wifi worked well. The staff was super responsive and arranged breakfast and a ride to Chandertal Lake. We were able to explore the property a bit and there are some killer views around the property. We were the only ones staying during starting of May low season so we had the whole place to ourselves. Hot water was also given in morning in buckets takes time to heat the water, because no geysers, the Village is not electrified and no problems. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate the convenient location, the clean and inviting accommodations, and the fabulous service we received. The entire staff was prompt, cordial, and efficient no matter what the circumstances.
There was something very special about staying at this boutique hotel. They went out of their way to help us with our laundry, our soiled sheets, our transportation and sightseeing needs and our meal and ice requests at all times of the day. The food was great and room service wonderful. We even enjoyed the tastiest butter chicken in Manali! I’ve never felt so well-cared for in any other larger hotel.
I have already recommended this hotel to my friends in Delhi and will do so to any one visiting Manali. I’ll definitely use Hotel Manali on any return trip to Manali, hopefully soon. Keep up the great work!
