Had an extremely calm and peaceful and a very Relaxing stay. The photos.dont do justice to show how well maintained this place is.Will Rate 11/10 for all.the facilities and with the cleanliness of the house.Excellent in every aspect.Super safe space for female solo travelers, easy connectivity to shops and all the major tourist attractions place.With this place you get your own space and peace from the hustle bustle of your daily Life,
Then owner and the host stsy at the property (even though his house is just few kms far) to make sure his guests feel safe and attended even for the smallest of the things. I don't think I have met anyone who goes beyond their measures like this.
And I can't describe in words how kind Sir and Mam ( the host of the property)are.One of the nicest people and the kindest human beings ,The way they are attentive to every need and request of yours ,they go beyond everything possible to make you feel comfortable.
Stay here for an experience and to make your souls feel rejuvenated and smile a little more while leaving this place.
On a side note,I was supposed to travel to Wayanad from Kannur ,since they both were traveling to the same place ,not only they gave me lift but also made sure I reached the property where I was going to stay in wayanad ,which was like 24kms beyond their destination.i have no words to express my gratitude.

I recently stayed at Gulzar Service Apartment in Kannur for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as the first.This time, I visited with my mom and family, and we had a fantastic experience. My little daughter absolutely loves Gulzar—during our first visit, she enjoyed playing on the private rooftop turf, and we had a memorable rain bath there. When I told her we were visiting Kannur again for a temple visit, she was overjoyed, saying, 'We’re going to Gulzar'
The host, Jabir, was incredibly helpful, as always. He even arranged an Innova taxi for us, and the driver was as nice as him. The staff was very good and the overall experience
We had a lovely stay at Monsoon Apartments. The place is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities. The owners are very hospitable and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. We were also lucky enough to taste some delicious traditional food cooked by Reema. Our kids too had a lovely time playing in the garden outdoors. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, peaceful and well looked after stay!
Excellent. The apartment is modern, spacious and well-equipped. The property is located in a quiet and safe residential district with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed watching an eagle take a bath - wow! The host went above and beyond to create an enjoyable stay, suggesting high quality experiences and restaurants that would be hard to discover otherwise. We felt welcome at all times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for a comfortable and homely visit to Kannur.
Firstly the pictures put up on Booking.com do not do justice to the real apartment. Its a larger than life experience and Jabir was helpful throughout our entire stay. My family especially my 3 year old daughter had the time of her life staying here cause he even out of his way to ask the caretaker to inflate the Pool for us so she could take a dip. A must stay property if you're visiting Kannur
Apartment is in pristine condition, well maintained and premium appliances. Pleasant interiors, and descent roof-top play area with artificial grass mat.
My room was large and perfectly clean. While the property is not directly on the beach, it overlooks a lush lagoon, which allowed for good wildlife sightings. The walk to the beach was along an easy, flat, well-worn path, and only took a few minutes. The property owner Mr. Shah was kind. The Wi-Fi worked well. The property was good value for money.

but most important the apartment is run by a beautiful family .
