The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is sumptuous and they have a fair spread. And the serving team is very courteous.
Junaid at front desk and Kakai at housekeeping are very attentive to customer needs

Beds are spacious and comfortable. Though that makes walking space limited in the room.

Best place to stay in Kozhikode. A very clean and well maintained apartment is offered. It's totally worth it. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the water in the pool. Light greenish color, may contain algae. Other than that, absolutely awesome 😎.
We booked two flats for attending a wedding function at Pantheerankavu.So location was apt.
One of the flat was equipped with gas stove which was helpful for preparing hot beverages.
Very spacious rooms . Nice view of the sea. Apartment had all the facilities. Very easy to get Autos and taxis from the location. Very friendly host . Always proactive. Thank you
Mr Rajkumar is an excellent host, very helpful, with excellent communications. He took extra pains to make sure the stay was comfortable. It helps that he is great person to have a chat with, cant wait to hear stories of his adventures from all over the world. The flat is very close to Mavoor Road, in central Calicut.
