The entire society is EXTREMELY well maintained, quiet and provides a lot of facilities like swimming pool, game room and rooftop deck.
Even the wifi speed was good which allowed me to make this workation work.
Overall even few days here was worth it. That's quite saying something.
Pavan as a host is also very accommodating and he was kind to adjust to our timings as well. Overall loved it and would definitely come back again.

I had a lovely stay at this homestay, located in a calming and peaceful area. On weekdays, you can even hear the sound of children playing in a nearby school, which added to the charm of the place. A special thanks to the host for accommodating my request for a late checkout—it was greatly appreciated!
The homestay also offers a convenient taxi hire service. There's a great Chinese restaurant right in front of the apartment, and a department store just a short walk away for any essentials. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

nice 2BHK Appartment in a quiet, safe area. The Appartment was exactely like it was shown on the pictures (we made a lot of other experiences in India...). Recommendable for 3-4 persons. Good Wifi connection. It has everything you need for your daily live like washing machine, water heater, fridge, etc. Supermarket, Bank, Veg restaurant (Sheetal, very recommendable!), everything is in the near area. Local Buses stop at the street in front of the house. If we come back to Panaji we would stay there again! We enjoyed our stay!
