The stay was very comfortable. The owner-Mr. Johny was just one call away for all our needs. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally clean. You can trust me blindly on this. Ashvem beach was just a 5 mins walk from our place.

The place is amazing. The location is great, super markets are nearby. The beach is in 5 min walking distance.
Paola is a great host, everything was as per image. The small kitchenette was perfect and filled with necessary items along with a fridge.
Drinking water was available all the time, which was rare in this part of goa. We were even allowed to extend the stay till 5 pm, although the normal check out time is 12 noon.
Will highly recommend this place.

From my experience of 13 vacations in goa Riverside, The European Homestay( yes i copy pasted the name) is the best accommodation ever. p.s: i stayed in variety of places from basic tent type lame huts on the anjuna beach to cidade and exotic of taj.
But this homestay hits you different, right from start the caretaker was enquiring and offering route suggestions about my journey to the goa(by car).
The check in: no nonsense,no lobby to make you wait, no need to provide your identification while waiting for room , INSTEAD after reaching the location you pick the key from your safe box, and get into your stay.
Along with great bedroom there was also this 2 in 1 couch for impromptu activities,
Then an as usual eggs(organic and Omega rich variant) , bread , butter and jam along with a mini kitchen with toaster, induction, electric kettle, and fridge.
Btw got a pretty good port wine too

- due to falling ill i wasn't the easiest guest to work with. Didn't bother or faze the staff much. I really appreciate that.
- apartment is absolutely spotless and well maintained
- one of the few places in the country I've been to where the wi-fi was actually good
- spacious room with all the amenities you could ask for. Includes a fridge so big i wish i had one like that at home

Well kept apartment, very spacious, ideally equipped, in perfect order. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always accommodated our requests and questions in a friendly and supportive way.
It was good, but here is also the same, like all over India. If you want to rend a motorbike, one of the owner says one price (the normal one), the other says almost tripple, and he tould is no posibble to rent it for one day, I have to find an other bike rental... so to talk like that is not the best way to make a guests happy. The other people there make everithing fine, clean, they are nice, and one make the quality down BECAUSE OF MONEY. Its sad
The owner was very helpful and found me alternative accommodation with a fridge at a reduced price. The apartment was off the tourist route and quiet the majority of the time.
Owner was very efficient waiting for us on arrival showed us local shops atm and short cut into arambol on foot very helpful only 10/15 min walk.The room was very clean and large we had good WiFi as well, everything worked good bathroom and hot water. Can't fault the accommodation or owner to be honest answered whatsapp straight away to us a short stay but would definitely stay again without doubt.
Host prakash was fantastic..he took all the care ..we just enjoyed...totally clean apartment...no disturbance at all...near the beach u can hear waves...love it
