Owner was very responsive and supportive of our requests. Extra points for the owner's enthusiasm in making our stay as great as possible. Having a kitchen was great. Nice spread of eateries and bars were available nearby within 500m to 1km. Overall a value for money and comfortable stay, best for couples, families and group of friends.

The place is in a good location. But its not worth the money. As there were no towels no glasses and no right kitchen ware as per our needs and as shown in the pictures. It's a lodging to be honest. Not worth for families. Overall a ok ok place for a night spend.

The rooms were modern, clean and great value for money! The location is fantastic and close to the hilltop market and numerous beaches! We actually extended our stay multiple times because we were so pleased.

Very clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner and television were both in working order. A mini fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold. Calangute beach is a 5 minute walk by the back road. All the shopping is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent, especially Rosie and Ajit.

I had booked homestay for the 1st time. Was a little apprehenssive in the begining. But the moment I reached there, my all apprehension vanished. No difference between what is shown online and what is really available.Location is perfectly in between Bagha beach and Calaungute beach. Property is neat and clean with all amaneties suitable for 2 families or 1 large family. All utensils for self cooking is available. Goa' best sea food restaurant " Fat Fish" is just walking distance. One can enjoy swimming pool also, which is well maintained by society.Most important Sanjit the owner is superb host. I booked this property as a tourist and in return got a wonderful friend.. Value for money. Worth it. Go for it.

The property is very well maintained and very beautiful! It’s green and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is easily available in the property. We rented a cab and bike from the property, didn’t have to wander for the rentals. Owner was very friendly and helped up.
1/ the food is really good. The menu is wide and every dish is 5 out of 5. Seafood is fresh and nice.
2/ overall vibe in the hotel is friendly and nice.
3/ i was in executive suite, and later in the pool suite. Both apartments were clean and cool.
Beautiful setting, set back from the road, very close to great cafes and restaurants and not far to Anjuna beach. Spacious apartment we had 4 people stay here, the manager was very helpful. Lots of Birdlife. You might see the early morning woodpecker.
Mukatr was a great host, apartments and the garden is like a small paradise, perfect location if you want to chill in this beach and relevant not move otherwise you will need to get taxi or rent a car motorbike , great traditional breakfast too
I have been traveling for 3 weeks and thats by far my favorite place. Super nice team, they are smiling and talking English perfectly. They make you feel so comfortable while you have your Total privacy. You have your own tiny apartment, clean , good AC, nice view, good food. You can also rent motorcycles here for cheap.
I am sad that I am leaving that place .

I loved the hospitality and the feeling that they gave us.
Great place, stayed here 10 years ago so knew what to expect. We stayed in one of the newer rooms by the pool with an outside shower but unfortunately only got wifi on the first day, the rest of our stay we could not access it from this room. The staff are lovely and the food is great. Lovely pool area too, shame they no longer have the yoga studio on site, but there are plenty of places nearby.
The place is very charming, the room is comfortable and the bathroom pretty big, it is very quiet no matter the time of the day or night. The staff is very caring. The casa is close to the beach and close to plenty good restaurants and bars, there’s a scooter rental and taxi stand nearby if needed. It is the only boutique hotel in the area and it is so good value for the comfort and quality of stay.
