The position on the 4th floor overlooking the beach was excellent. Although the block is old and quite run down, the apartment was well furnished and perfectly suited our needs. Qiryat Yam, just north of Haifa was a very convenent location for us.
The owner responded quickly to the few questions we had.
The water supply for showers was hot which was appreciated.

the apartment felt like a maximum luxury apartment. great air conditioning (crucial in Haifa at this time of the year), immaculate beds and beddings, all in all it felt like someone took great care for this appartment to look and feel great. even the parking spot was spotless. a nice plus was the adjacent grocery store open 24/7

The place feels good, there is everything you need available in the apartment.

We had an unforgettable time in this stunning seafront apartment in Kiryat Yam, where everything from arrival to departure was excellent. The cozy, clean apartment had all the necessary amenities, including spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, making us feel right at home. The ideal location, just steps from the beach and close to cafes and shops, along with the hospitable hosts, made our stay perfect.
Absolutely loved this listing and my stay while here. For context, Kiryat Yam is typically a very old and non-updated town with very old-fashioned apartments and buildings. Not only was this unit entirely updated and very modern-style, but it was also located on one of the highest buildings in the area and gives you an incredibly wide view of the entire Kiryat Yam.
The building is new, the flat is big and clean, there's a lot of everything in there. One can observe the sea from one side of the apartment (from the big balcony) and obverse the Zoo from another. Access to building is easy. The buses stop close to the building, one can get to the rail station at just 10-15 minutes to travel for the airport or to central cities, or to the Haifa nearby. It took me 17 minutes to walk to the beach. The host is really friendly.
The host was responsive and kind, and when I requested, he bought a coffee machine and brought it to us. When we arrived and I complained about the conditions, he came to clean the apartment.
Booked on behalf of my father. The owner of the apartment went above and beyond to help my father with his stay. Picked him up from the train station, bought food and drinks for him to settle. Asked if he needed bedding changing, towels, etc
Communication was perfect.
My father was made extremely comfortable here. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. Very modern and beautiful.
