The apartment is exactly as pictured. The place was plenty big enough to sleep our group of 4 adult females and 3 children (13,10,9) the couch could easily sleep 2 more if needed. 5 minute walk to main shopping streets

Nothing I would not recommend this apartment to anyone on one occasion there was a woman trying to sell herself in the street below. saying she often does business in their apartments. when you are renting an apartment to people this should include a functional place in which to stay

Everything: the location, the house that was warm and comfortable, beds were a dream to sleep on, the shower was excellent and the smell of the bed linen and towels was very good too. Ronan was a discrete and yet great host.
The house is very easy to find. Kilmeaden has lots of options to dine, have breakfast and dinner. There are also a Centra, a pharmacy and other shops.
We also appreciated the milk in the fridge.
Everything was smooth and we enjoyed the peace of the place; even though it’s very near Waterford, the countryside around and the Copper Coast Road are amazingly close.
Maybe we would have just liked a mop to wash the floor and the kitchen might be a little more equipped (eg one more frying pan), but these are small details.
Upstairs it was a bit cold but we didn’t need to sleep there as downstairs the heat was perfect and the room too.

This was the best welcome and our sincerest host during our short stay in Ireland. The breakfast was absolutely marvelous, really worth it! Thank you Michael for you wonderful hospitality, taking great care of us (letting us stay a little longer in the room to get ready for a wedding and sheltering us from the downpour until the taxi arrived). The room had everything needed, good selection of tea and coffee, and beds were clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back already. The location was ideal, shops, bars and restaurants only a few mins walk. The train station was about a 15 min walk.
We stayed in the studio apartment and it had plenty of space. The bed was really comfortable and we loved that we could watch telly and chill out before we went out for the night.
The room was spotless and had plenty of towels, toilet roll and even shower gel and shampoo.
I really enjoyed my short stay in the Accommodation, it was perfectly clean and though basic in its own way it exceeded my expectations, the setting was beautiful it was so tranquil, it was rural yet not isolated. The room was so clean and bright. Having access to the Clubhouse only a minute away was a real bonus , meaning that it really was nt self catering at all!! It was all very secure with the access codes for the key etc.. I would certainly stay there again if in the area.
Apartment was great: a double ( 135cm) bed) in a studio. Very clean, well located, central , nicely decorated and equipped for two people and I would stay again. The bathroom was lovely too.

Great location. 15 min walk into waterford city. On road to dunmore east .. chip shop, chinese takeaway and shop right beside apartments. Lidl and supervalu just down the road.
Very clean. Ensuite in each bedroom. Very comfortable and staff very helpful and place very safe. Great for accessing Dunmore east and coastal drives . Lovely old style pubs in waterford and with music sessions... some great restaurants.. very suitable for self catering accommodation and for exploring waterford city and county and waterford greenway
