Location was perfect for us as lots of my family live in and around Dunderry.
Lodge was larger than expected, the main bed was very comfortable, children said the sofa bed was comfortable too. Love the quiet times so no noisy people outside your windows when children are sleeping.
Beautiful location, ample parking, well maintained & equipped kitchen.

The hosts are the best! Very friendly and extremely helpful. They're the kind of people you hope will be your hosts, local folks who enjoy meeting people from other countries and are renting out some extra space that they happen to have.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is great, the apartment is super roomy, very quiet, nice rural area.
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to see Newgrange or surrounding sights.

We booked a short stay and I have to say it was brilliant. Location is lovely, right beside Trim Castle. nice little getaway spot. A few Restaurants nearby and coffee shops. Room was really big and comfortable. Perfect if you need a break from the city.

Stayed in a self catering courtyard house within the hotel grounds. Keys were picked up from the hotel reception. House has good sized bedrooms, comfy beds and plenty storage space. Good base for visiting Boyne Valley if driving. Nice walk along the River Boyne into town on a dry day.
