The location in Portnablagh overlooking the sea is wonderful. You could hear the waves from the apartment. It's walkable to the harbour where there is a new sauna at the pier. Walkable also to the Cove restaurant. A 3 minute drive into Dunfanaghy itself. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine and full kitchen. Oisin was helpful and proactively contacted us to check everything was ok.

Ivy Lodge was really lovely. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Great location for exploring the Letterkenny area. Katrina and Enda were great hosts, so welcoming and friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to visit. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have been coming to this part of Donegal for over 10 years, and this is the best accommodation we've stayed in. Modern and spotlessly clean, with all amenities provided, its in a great location to visit Glenveagh National Park and beaches/villages nearby. The hosts Katriona and Enda are really lovely, and on hand to provide any help or advice needed from check in to departure. Highly recommend this accommodation for a few days away from it all in a stunning location. Can't wait to go back!

Micheal and Heather were fantastic. They decorated the apartment for my partners birthday. They left out refreshments and a lead to take our dog on walks. The location is simply stunning. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and was less than a minute from the gorgeous private beach. We loved every minute of our stay at this gorgeous home from home.
Great location overall. A short drive or walk to the beach and Downings town. Lovely restaurant, cafes and pubs and friendly locals! Seakus was very helpful in advising what to do for a short stay and we had a great couple of days as a family of x2 adults x2 children and pet dog.
Property was super clean, location and views were simply breathtaking. Seamus (the owner) was fabulous. Couldn't have ask for a warmer welcome or a more pleasant host. We often go away as a family of six to self catering holiday homes but this one stands out by far. Genuinely can't think of anything that could be improved.

Self Catering, fantastic views, location, the community, allowing 2 dogs - this was just a really fantastic place to stay, we were able to play tennis and visit beautiful beaches with yummy food and a wonderful welcome package!!
The apartment is beautifully presented and has everything you'd need during your stay. The views and surrounding areas are stunning. Perfectly located close to all amenities while being quiet and peaceful as well. I have to mention the showers too, just fab!
