We were here for a wedding at the nearby Lough Rynn Castle and location was perfect. The property was immaculate and I was surprised to find bread, milk tea coffee etc. There was everything we could possibly need, iron, hairdryer etc.
Clear instructions on how to use the heating boost was also really helpful. Very friendly helpful hosts.

Very clean and well-kept apartment in a beautiful old mill. Fantastic communication from Lorraine about the house and the area. A lovely welcome gift in the form of chocolates and bottled water. Little extras such as tea/coffee, condiments and toiletries meant we had the essentials! Beds were so comfy and cosy. Games and jigsaws for the kids! Great location to explore Leitrim, Sligo, Cavan. Loved our stay.

I liked the fact that its self catering and all the 3 bedrooms were en suite. Two of the bedrooms had double beds and one had two single beds. The garden was very well kept and looked beautiful along with being in a quiet location. The owner Tom showed us around and explained how the heating worked and he left a few sweets and a carton of fresh milk for us when we arrived. There is plenty of parking for cars so if a group were staying there is plenty of space
Clean & comfortable cottage in a peaceful rural location with everything you need for a short stay. Noeleen was quick to respond & directions on check- in very clear. She kindly left some breakfast basics.
Can't say anything other than I absolutely love this place. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. It's a bonus that the pub next door does excellent food too 😁. So many beautiful walking trails nearby also. The host Lori is extremely helpful too, everything is very straightforward 👍👍.
Apartment was very modern and everything worked perfectly. The shower was amazing so hot n powerful. Electric heaters were also very warm. Fantastic place. 😁😁
Great location. 3km from Ballinamore. Flat cycle route into the town via canal was close by & 6min walk from Drumcoura horseriding. Delighted to have found this spot.
