Stayed here before for a week as my Father in a local Nursing Home. As before it was a great stay. Parking across the road, easy access with key code, short flight of carpeted stairs which helps clean shoes as rest of Apartment has no carpets but laminate flooring tiles which was recently washed ready for us. Fresh, Clean and well stocked Apartment. Everything you could want for cooking, eating, washing clothes. Saucepans, fridge cooker and cupboards very clean. Few Tea, coffee items tidily left by other guests. As were some cleaning items in cupboard under the sink. Felt instantly comfortable. Shower is good and washing machine/dryer good and also very clean internally.
A TV in every room is a bonus. The Bedrooms are fresh and clean. The larger has a built in wardrobe and the most beautifully carved wooden bed...the single a lovely old wooden wardrobe. User friendly radiators and air con.
The Owner although we never met in person which is the only reason I cant give a top mark. He was always prompt with responses and clear with instructions and friendly. It is clear a lot of thought and planning and care was put into the Apartment. We had a problem working out the hot water and he helped us straight away via FaceTime so he could show us which button to press. He also invited us to a music event. Last time I visited I commented about a lack of a mirror in a Guest room and this time it was there on the back of the door which was really helpful.
My father loved his visits there during the day and kept commenting on how nice the Apartment was.
I would book this again if my Father is still able to manage the stairs.

The location is ideal for exploring west Clare. Kilrush is a great foodie town with top class places to eat.

We had a lovely 3 days at Hillcrest. A beautiful 2 story apartment that was spotlessly clean and had all the utensils that you would need for a stay here. Ethna met us on arrival and was very friendly and chatty as she showed us around. Would not hesitate to recommend Hillcrest luxury apartments. We as a family of 7 had a lovely stay here.
The apartment was massive, more than enough space for five of us. It had all the amenities you would need and the host Greg gave us a thorough tour of the apartment which was much appreciated
Great location. Lovely spacious apartment with all essentials available. Very comfortable beds. Round the corner from Aldi and 2 to 3 minutes walk to town centre. Easy to locate with Eircode. Really enjoyed our stay.
The 2 room apartment is located right in the center of Kilrush, very convenient. Spacious second bedroom, all very clean and comfy, with a fridge and kettle. The breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, definitely go for it! Greg and Barbara are great cooks (and super nice people!), it's very much worth the resulting belly-ache.
We stayed in the penthouse apartment for 2 nights and it was so cosy and clean.

Beautifully refurbished stable into a very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. on entering we all said, “wow, isn’t this so cool “.
we stayed 5 nights. The owner provided a very comfortable trundle bed & the 4th person slept on the sofa which flattened.
Full sized fridge, induction cooktop. We loved the place.
The owner was always available when we had questions.
