Apartments in Kilkee

A quirky small apartment in a brilliant village, on the edge of the Shannon estuary. The nearby Long Dock restaurant is outstanding (must book) and I saw Dolphins near the harbour (the one by the castle). The hosts are friendly and helpful with lovely dogs.

Stayed here before for a week as my Father in a local Nursing Home. As before it was a great stay. Parking across the road, easy access with key code, short flight of carpeted stairs which helps clean shoes as rest of Apartment has no carpets but laminate flooring tiles which was recently washed ready for us. Fresh, Clean and well stocked Apartment. Everything you could want for cooking, eating, washing clothes. Saucepans, fridge cooker and cupboards very clean. Few Tea, coffee items tidily left by other guests. As were some cleaning items in cupboard under the sink. Felt instantly comfortable. Shower is good and washing machine/dryer good and also very clean internally. A TV in every room is a bonus. The Bedrooms are fresh and clean. The larger has a built in wardrobe and the most beautifully carved wooden bed...the single a lovely old wooden wardrobe. User friendly radiators and air con. The Owner although we never met in person which is the only reason I cant give a top mark. He was always prompt with responses and clear with instructions and friendly. It is clear a lot of thought and planning and care was put into the Apartment. We had a problem working out the hot water and he helped us straight away via FaceTime so he could show us which button to press. He also invited us to a music event. Last time I visited I commented about a lack of a mirror in a Guest room and this time it was there on the back of the door which was really helpful. My father loved his visits there during the day and kept commenting on how nice the Apartment was. I would book this again if my Father is still able to manage the stairs.

Lovely self contained unit-spacious and bright.

We had a very warm welcome from Liam and this stay was the perfect balance of personable and welcoming whilst giving us our privacy and own time. Liam's hospitality was fantastic and there was even a chilled bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. One of very few dog friendly accomodations so our choices were limited but this is a hidden gem! The bedroom was spacious and bright as well as very comfortable and with a great view. We didn't realise the photos shown on the site is of one entire accomodation and though the photos of pool table/bar were a shared common room between a few apartments so we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to have the whole condo to ourselves! We will definitely be back, Thank you!

The area in general is beautiful

Apartments are purpose built for short stays and are very well appointed with excellent build quality, spotlessly clean, good quality furnishings, linens etc. The kitchen area has just enough of what you need. It doesn’t have a cooker (air fryer and microwave are included). Encourages you to eat out in the town which is a good thing. The apartments are not huge but are a good size for a couple on a short stay. The location is fantastic and the attached Naughtons Yard casual food spot is a real bonus. All in all a welcome addition to short stay options in Kilkee.

Very well equipped home with all the facilities you could wish for and more. Bed very comfortable as was the lounge furniture. Excellent location with breathtaking views from the recliner. Walking distance to everything.

Everything. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. Very well equipped. Two lovely sun rooms were a perfect addition. Hosts very helpful and attentive. Easy parking. Fabulous views across to the marina.
