The room was very spacious! We had plenty of room to spread out even with our bulky luggage. The bed was very comfortable and the natural lighting was wonderful. Right downstairs is Rookery Lane Eatery which we HIGHLY recommend. The latte and pancakes were especially great.

We were told to pick up the keys from John at the Hungry Knight (the fish and chips shop below the apartment) - he was off, but his staff took great care of us. Parking in the driveway was available and easy to access. We bought our fish and chips and had dinner in our room. Very nicely appointed apartment.

Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location in Killarney! Close to restaurants, shopping, and pubs. We walked everywhere! Our host was lovely - she allowed us to check in early and was available to meet us as soon as we were ready. She provided us with the keys in person and made sure we were familiarized with the building and the unit before she left. The apartment was clean with updated appliances and everything we could have needed. Such a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this booking!!!

Very clean modern studio apartment over a friendly cafe with great food and coffee. The location is excellent, very close to the centre, but far enough away from the pubs so it’s not noisy at night.
Joan and Fionn couldn’t be more accommodating and happy to share a renovated private apartment within their home with guests. They are welcoming chatty and then give you privacy and quiet. Fionn went out of his way to help us get a flat tyre sorted on our rental car with was excellent. Kitchen was good with everything we needed comfy lounge dining area was nice and an upstairs bedroom. Good position for us to do all the exploring we wanted over a couple of days.
So convenient for everything in Kenmare, has just what you need for a short stay and the parking space an added bonus and essential in the town. Really handy laundry room for both apartments to share.

The lodgings are situated in a wonderful location with free parking very close by. The studio apartment was more spacious than expected, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable, and coming and going as very straightforward.
The apartment was lovely cosy and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was well set up for self catering with family. We had a highchair and cot set up for us when we arrived which was so appreciated. Loads of space in the bedrooms too.
The welcome was typically Irish and friendly.
Kenmare is such a lovely town also.

We stayed in the studio apartment, It was very nicely decorated and clean. Very spacious with everything you needed. A little kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave. Separate shower room and toilet. Overall very impressed. Was worried we wouldn’t get sleep due to being on a Main Street next to a pub we slept soundly.
Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Kenmare. Located just one minute walk from the buzz of the square, but a really quiet location. Big comfy bed and powerful shower. Bright and airy. Kitchenette has all you need, but the cafe downstairs shouldn't be missed for a fab breakfast. Ample free parking within a minutes walk. Great hosts - very responsive to any questions about the area. We'll definitely return.
