This appears to be a new and beautifully refurbished property. It had two bedrooms and would be perfect for a family or a group of folks (note 3 total beds). Everything was new and in perfect working condition. One of the things that I sometimes complain about in Ireland are the cold floors - no problem here with in-floor heating - kept the place warm and so cozy. The kitchen was nicely appointed. It was not quite tourist season in Cleggan but were not expecting the village to be dead - we were able to find one pub open on a Thursday night but no food. We made sure to stock up on food for the rest of the weekend and the kitchen was used!
We will definitely visit again. Perfect location for visiting Connemara with stunning Pier views at sunset.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need. Sinead was very helpful and courteous. The location was perfect, a couple of doors away from the shop and restaurants. It is also a great base for discovering Connemara. I could rate it better and we will certainly be back.
This beautiful apartment is right by the water, so quiet and comfortable. We loved staying there and will most certainly return. The apartment was very sparkling clean, very well thought out for guests and has everything you could want for a short or a long stay.
It’s also right in the middle of Cleggan Village, with wonderful pubs and food. We particularly loved Newman‘s Bar and Oliver‘s seafood bar. .
If this apartment is available, I recommend that you book it! We certainly will do so again.
Loved everything about this apartment. The owners have put a lot of thought into the apartment providing everything you need for a stay. It is right on the pier in a small village, a great base to explore the area. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking at home and a large lounge room area with TV and streaming services. Excellent place to stay with two bedrooms, parking and accessibility, spotlessly clean.

The apartment was 1st class, you could tell it was a new build - much better than staying in a 5 star hotel. Apartment was well equipped with pots, pans, a french press, cutlery etc.
Tina & Liam were great. They provided tea/coffee, milk and even some scones .The scones were so delicious, we asked for more! The scones were definitely worth the money :)

It was a lovely apartment with under floor heating, very comfortable and a great kitchen, living room and bedrooms! Also, liam was very helpful giving us places to go for food and drinks.
The new apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was extremely welcoming and nice to us. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything. The online guide provided with the rental was very exhaustive, with tons of suggestions (like local things to see, what to do on rainy days, activities with kids, discounts etc.)
