From the moment we arrived, we couldn't have felt more welcome. Louise (who lives up to and exceeds everything we had read about her online) greeted us at the door before showing us to the amazing room she had so kindly upgraded us to which was a huge surprise. The room was amazing, bed so comfortable, castle beautiful, and easily one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Everything was within 30 minutes travel for the places we wanted to visit.
