Perfect place for a quiet rest. Very clean and comfortable. The pellet stove worked well and was easy to operate. Bonus was a clothes washing machine in the apartment!

First, the location isn't great if you're looking to be within walking distance of anything to do in Athlone. And if you do go for a walk, it's kind of a sketchy neighborhood. That said, I was only there one night.
Inside the apartment is very nice but a bit dark / claustrophobic for my tastes. On the flip side, it's great if you want to detach and sleep.
As for check-in, I never received an email with instructions but there was a man staying across the way who reached out to the owner and he sent him the info. So, the guy across the way knew how to get into my place. I wasn't too worried because he seemed safe, and said he'd been staying there off and on for quite some time. And that he was friends with the owner. So, it may not be anything to worry about, it was just different.
I appreciated the toiletries and snacks although I didn't partake in eating any. There's a large TV if you want to watch a movie. And a gas station nearby if you need anything.

I had very pleasant experience with my stay. The location is a bit distant but it was not a problem for me as I like to walk. The apartment is equipped with everything needed. Very clean and well updated property. Communication with owners was easy and fast.

Great location and the host was easy to reach when i did not look at my messages prior to contacting. We were lucky to find parking across from the stay and was free because it was a Sunday, but i would not have known where to park otherwise.

The property was wonderfully quaint and secluded. LOVED the canine greeting party! The studio was spacious and VERY well equipped. I wish we had more time to stay there, as it would have been wonderful to explore more the grounds and the village of Ballymore!

Location excellent. View breathtaking, in fact so good you don’t want to leave the flat and just spend the day on the balcony or lounge and read and chill and enjoy the view. We were in apartment six.
The flat was very spacious and a affordable. No one was at reception when we went to check in, but they immediately called us back and were able to get us into our apartment right away.
The family booked an apartment, we all had a room each with two bathrooms one containing a shower. With a open plan kitchen dining living area with all amenities for self catering. The staff made us so welcome and friendly, our rooms had a service every day. Only a 5 minute walk to central of town
This apartment was honestly one of the best holiday apartments I have ever stayed in including Europe.
The place is amazing everything in it is the latest tech.
Upon arrival we even had crisps, biscuits, coke, water, coffee and tea all complimentary. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a holiday apartment experience with out breaking the bank.
