The apartment is located on the 30th floor.
It is a big apartment with a spacious living room and it will fit for 6 people.
The bedrooms : master bedroom is big and I love the big mattress, the other 2 bedrooms are also big enough for 2 people.
The bathrooms : The master bathroom is also big, and it has a separate bath tub and shower. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. They provided towels, the bathsoap, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
The kitchen : Big and spaceous, and they even provide some snacks and coffee that we can use.
The communication : Johnson responded quickly every time we contacted him. He is polite, helpful, and very kind.

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home.
