Facitilies and accomadation is excellent. Juz nice for small families. Should have bigger apartment for bigger families too. Staff is also friendly. 😊😊 Only problem is the WIFI. Not getting any connection of wifi at apartment. Had to use own internet. 😒😒

Loved this place, I was little suspicious about staying here because I didn’t see many reviews but it was awesome. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and would dry up easily. They even let me stay for 2 hours more at an extra cost of 20% which seemed quite reasonable. I forgot to collect my deposit so they texted me and sent it via PayPal. I couldn’t recommend it more, its walkable from the ferry station and the welcome to batam sign. If you don’t have a booking for sightseeing you can walk upto the ferry station and hire and cab, they are quite reasonable as well.

The host is so easy to deal with. Very accomodating and understanding. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. You'll have amazing view because of the glass windows, from ceiling to floor. I just had an incredible overnight stay at Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie, complete with a stunning Rooftop-SeaView that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by a refreshing fresh scent, setting a positive tone for a delightful stay experience.
The room I stayed in was not only clean and tidy but also equipped with various amenities that enhanced my comfort. The free Wi-Fi provided was highly reliable, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world seamlessly. Additionally, the complimentary Netflix account was a wonderful touch, enabling me to relax and enjoy my favorite movies without interruption.
The in-room facilities were comprehensive, including an electric stove, electric kettle, and refrigerator, which made it convenient for me to prepare snacks, warm beverages, or store food temporarily at any time. I particularly appreciated the free bottled water, which showed a thoughtful consideration for guests' basic needs.
However, the most breathtaking aspect of staying in this apartment was the sea and city views from the top of Batam's tallest building. The illuminated cityscape at night was an invaluable experience.
The apartment also offered additional amenities that added to the comfort of my stay, such as a swimming pool and gym located on the 6th floor. These facilities were well-maintained and provided a perfect alternative for entertainment and relaxation.
The location of Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie is also very strategic, making it easy for me to explore the surroundings. A short walk took me to Fanindo, an ideal spot to try some foods or simply grab a bite when hunger struck.
The apartment owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful whenever contacted. This added a layer of convenience and reassurance to my stay, ensuring any needs or queries I had were promptly addressed.

Location was excellent - less than 10 min walk from the nearby ferry terminal. About the same distance to go to Mega Mall. Host was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. We had a high floor so the view was nice. Everything in the apartment was clean and in working condition, good wifi.
Clean, peaceful environment, amazing sea view, high floor. A home away from home, wish we could have stayed longer. It has everything you need in a studio apartment; closets, fridge, workspace, cupboards, kitchen utensils. Toiletries, towels and coffee/tea kits were provided.
Good hosts, even give us a local snacks to try.
Definitely worth the money.
Hopefully they can maintain the place.
FYI: Mall below the apartment is not yet fully operational, no food choices but there are restaurants which is 500m away.

+ Check in was easy. Property Host gave me a set of instructions about getting in via Whatsapp.
+ Room was okay. It's a studio apartment so probably it was the same about average hotel room. Enough for 2 person.
+ Everything was clean, bathroom, bed, kitchen was spotless. Towels and basic amenities were provided.
+ Location was really strategic, near to city center, but the apartment complex quite empty as it's practically new.
+ View was awesome. The room got a sea and city view.
No breakfast given as the stay is a condo apartment. Location was good.. near to batam centre & megamall.
Just a walking distance but need to be careful as vehicles is moving fast. Not recommended with kids.
