Absolutely loved this cozy place. Hidden in an inner garden, you can go outside and drink coffee with the view. Cleanliness 10 out of 10, beds are comfortable. Wooden decoration is lovely. We were in the middle of November, and even though it’s cold outside it was warm in our room.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. The place has its own unique style. The owner is an very nice and friendly person. She and her son invited us when we arrived and made our short stay pleasant. Also, we bought a bottle or two of a good wine. I wish we stay a bit longer and there is no rain.
Tarcal is a place just 10 minutes by car from Tokaj that is the heart of the Tokaj region which is important to everyone travelling there to taste the local wine. Tarcal Apartman host was waiting for us to hand us the keys, she didn't speak any English but that wasn't a problem at all. The apartment itself is really big one and consists of a large kitchen, bathroom and really big bedroom - all brand new, shortly after renovation.
