About 12 minutes walk to train station (frequent trains to Budapest take 35-40 minutes to get to Budapest Deli station with further connection to metro) make it a good base to explore Budapest without staying there or driving and looking for parking. 15 minutes walk to the lakeside. The house was superb. Pretty spacious overall, clean rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped and you can use whatever you need.
The rooms have separate air conditioning, a big plus for the hot season.
