The kitchen was very well-equipped with a coffee machine and plenty of coffee capsules. In addition, there were complimentary salad, a tuna can in the fridge, and a bottle of wine, which were a pleasant surprise. The balcony was very nice, and the place was very quiet and relaxing overall. However, a noisy train passed by from time to time, but it wasn't too bad. The apartment is bright and clean. There are many games for kids and a kayak too in the apartment.
We liked the Italian family run restaurant Meataly which is not far away from the apartment.

the apartment was on the first floor with a large terrace, a large bathroom with a second toilet, wifi working fine. located right next to the train station Balatinakali, but there were no trains during the night, so it was not disturbing at all
