Quite spacious, cozy and well-equipped apartment with some welcome bonuses :) I was traveling alone, so I had all this space for myself and had an opportunity to choose any room. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. If I happen to be in Vukovar again, I will definitely stay there.

The location of the apartment is excellent, in the very center of Vukovar at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. There is no parking within the apartment, but public parking is located just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment, and the price per hour is EUR 0.60 (charged from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 07:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., no charge on Sundays and holidays). Opposite the apartment is a shopping center with various shops and a cinema.
The apartment is large and comfortable, and contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. It can be seen that the living room and bedrooms are newly decorated, while the bathroom and kitchen are not (but they are still functional and clean).
We didn't get to know the host personally, all communication was mainly via text messages, but we didn't have any problems finding the apartment and getting in.
All recommendations for the apartment, because the ratio between what you paid and what you got is excellent.

We stay here twice on our journey to Montenegro, and it was great choice. Rooms are small, but comfortable. There is no AC inside, but not so hot because there is no direct sun in the windows. We also liked outdoor "chilling zone" with lage table and very interesting interior. Well equiped kitchen and refrigerator is a big plus. You can visit Vukovar water tower in short walk distance, just beware of insects in the evnings.

Spacious, clean with excellent facilities in the centre of the town
The location is perfect, 10 minutes walking from the city centre. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the bus station is 5 minutes away from the accommodation.
The host was extremely friendly, offering himself to help me with everything I needed. He even sent me important information about working hours of every museum in town. Very gentle and kind. Also, he picked me up from the bus station !
I had a superb stay at the apartment. Will recommend it 100%! It was probably the best accommodation I stayed in in Croatia.
This is a wonderful, homey place. Location is super convenient and Damir was very accomodating. You have convenient store just next door and the city bus stop if needed. Apartment is only some 5-10 min walking distance from the center. It has all you need, clean, comfortable, quiet, with a cute balcony on which I had my morning coffee. The woman was kind, the apartment was clean and nice, there were everything that we needed. Near the apartment there were good restaurants, parks and playgrounds. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We slept well, there weren't annoying or loud noises. We are glad that we choose this place.

Firstly, the owner Renata and her husband are such kind people. We had some issues with transport and they went above and beyond to help us with a solution.
The apartment itself is also fantastic. It is very spacious and has everything you need for a short stay. As others have said, there is a well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil - small things that make such a difference. The wifi is very fast and stable. The location is very central yet quiet. Big supermarket next door and short walk to the bus station.
