The view from the balcony was incredible, also the hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable. The pool area was fantastic, had everything you needed.

The property is located off a main street in KALI . It was a five minute drive to get to the ferry Jadrolinska to get back to Zadar. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The owner of the unit greeted us and led us to the unit. Parking was provided on site.

The appartment is right next to the beach. The beach has beautiful blue clear water with diferent ways of entry. There are also free showers. We explored both Ugljan and Pasman and it was one of the best beaches we saw!
The kitchen was well equipped. The appartment has a great big covered terrace with a nice view.

A calm, peaceful place, nice view from the terrace and also from the beach. A very spacious apartment, suitable for 6 people. Very little people in the town and beaches. This is a real escape from crowded big cities. The apartment gives you a feeling of being at home. Even kids didn't complain about the internet speed which was quite good. I would definitely come here again.

Apartment is literally 30 meters from the beach. Rooms are comfortable decently maintained with furniture from seventies. Kitchen area is a bit small but enough for the vacation. Dining area has a TV and sofa which can also be used to overnight. Hosts are friendly and eager to help. Restaurants are not near by, but small shop is 400m from property. I can only recommend this property.
If You need simple, clean and cosy apartment in peaceful place, but close to whole island, this is a perfect stay. Nice terrace as well. Mrs Senka is a host with warm welcome, she is available if You need her but will let You full discretion. Apartment is a few minutes walk to local beach and beach bar. Free parking spave is additional avantage. I fully recommend this accommodation.
Very good value for money when you expect quite place, close to the sea and do not insist on modern equipment of apartment. Beach is small but not crowded at all. Very nice and friendly owners.
Rea is such a friendly and supportive host! The apartment directly next to the sea front was equipped with everything you could need our think of. We got helpful tips for our tours and had our privacy in the apartment and in front of it.
We were sad that we didn't stay longer this time!
Jamie and Branko are wonderful people and hosts, apartment is spacious and clean, with wonderful garden in the backyard. Location is great. We had delicious dinner and were able to use fresh veggies and herbs from the garden. Air conditioning in every room and protection nets on every window (against mosquitoes and bugs)
The apartment is very nice, I can say amazing. It is very spacious, well equiped (washing machine, dish washer, barbeque equipment, garden, dishes in kitchen,...), and, what is important to us, it is very clean. The owners are kind and give you privacy and peace so you can really enjoy your vacation. And at the end, what to say about Sutomišćica - amazing small village with beautiful beach that is not to crowded and with one of the best sunsets I have ever seen! Highly recommended! 🙂
