Just a perfect place to feel real Istria. The app it self is compact and cozy, house is renovated with respect to historical details. Excellent strategic location, although it is not close to the sea coast. However, it was our intended choice to stay at this place because it was pretty convenient to reach all beach regions around Istria by car. No more than 40-50 minutes to all main tourist places - Pula, Opatia, Umaq, Medveja, Rijeka, Rovinj etc..,

It was fantastic! We had a wonderful time here. Petra and Hari welcomed us with open arms, always there, if we needed something...the view and the heated jakuzzi are a dream...we had the pleasure to go truffle hunting with hari and his dogs ,buddy and gea. This was a unique experience. The Dogs are amazing, so sweet and wellmannered. We will miss the morning visits for some cuddles and a little Snack ;)
We are greatful, that we 've met such nice and warmhearted people ...if you like to be at a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place with a wonderful view and landscape, good people and animals around you - its your place to stay!!!

fantastic! the apartment is in it's own separate building, right on the edge of town overlooking the valley full of trees. It has a big patio, perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset wine :) It was also a good place to keep our two e bikes overnight.
The apartment is well laid out, with lots of electrical outlets and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living area.
The host is great, really friendly and kind, full of information. His collection of homemade liqueurs was really impressive!!

A hidden gem with beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay at HUM. The place, the room and of course the super welcoming hosts! We wanted to only stay for a night, but we had to stay longer because this place was just sooooo good :) We recommend also to get some delicious products from the shop, which are all home-made from places nearby HUM. Another highlight was the truffle tour which we made nearby as well with truffle and wine tasting :)

Beautiful rural location. We were a family of five - 3 teens and we rented both apartments which worked well. En route to Cres from Slovenia and this was perfect stop off. Our host Mirjana was charming and helpful.

Parking is easy in front of the building. The location is great if you want to explore the north of Istria. To the nearest beaches is a bit of a drive though.

The owners are extremely nice. They made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is very practical and nothing is missing. The noise insulation is really good and the bed is extremely comfortable.
The pictures shown here looked very ugly, but when we arrived to the apartment we were positively surprised that it looked much better (photos with the green wall look really bad)

It was an ideal choice for our visit to the Buzet hillclimb. The owners were also very hospitable. Additionally, their dogs and cats were adorable. Overall, great value for the money.
A very nice apartment with one of the most breathtaking views you can find - perfect to enjoy while relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of great Istrian wine. The hosts Hari and Petra are one of the most kind and attentive people I've met in general. The apartment is a only a minute walk away from one of the finest restaurants offering Istrian cousine - and I've tried many. This apartment is definitely worth the price and is truly a rare gem.
