Hospitality - We were given a warm welcome by the owners of the property, followed by a brief tour, and even a little schnapps! You don't get this kind of hospitality many places and it was absolutely heartwarming.
Communication - Whenever we needed anything we could message the owner and they were quick to respond. If they were on the property they would also be more than helpful with answering any of our questions or offering something we would need.
Accomodation - This cozy weekend house is extremely well equipped with a master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and three balconies! The kitchen was extremely well equipped with pretty much every utensil, gadget, or device you'd need, including a drip coffee maker, a panini toaster, and even an emulsion blender. The beds were very comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. Air conditioning was available, but also screens on windows so you could sleep in the fresh evening air. For those that need to be connected - a strong WiFi connection is available.
Location - The location is lovely, close enough to the small town of Ozalj, but also private enough to feel like you're in your own little cottage in the woods. There are houses nearby, but the views off the balconies and windows are unobstructed - just rolling hills and forests. One night while eating dinner, we even spotted a few deer in the bush in front of the house!
Cleanliness - I've never stayed in a cleaner, more well organized accomodation. Absolutely spectacular!
Overall - Ozalj is off the beaten path for mass tourism in Croatia, which makes it an absolute gem. If you're over the crowded beaches of the Adriatic, and want true Croatian hospitality, come to Ozalj, take a dip in the Kupa river, get some truffle fries at Snackhouse Oz, and stay at Apartman Jana! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

These apartments are really spacious and cozy, and they have everything you need for your trip.
The owner was super friendly and welcoming.
We travelled with our dog and we checked in without any extra cost.
There were even snacks, drinks, and food in the fridge when we arrived.

Host waited for me to show me the apartment. Apartment is great - has everything what you need and I really enjoyed my stay. Hosts are really kind people, ready to help and to recommend activities in surrounding. The area is quite and really relaxing, I really "filled my bateries".

A spacious three-room apartment in a separate house, extremely neat, clean, and excellently equipped, is a wonderful place for a pleasant and relaxing vacation in the beautiful Ozalj region.
The hostess is extremely accommodating and very helpful in everything the guest needs. She welcomed me with homemade liqueur and a bottle of quality wine as a gift.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the authentic beauty and friendliness of this part of Croatia.
The Tuček family are such good people, so welcoming and considerate and willing to provide more than you bargained for. The apartment is so sweet and cozy and has everything you could ever need. The nature is simply beautiful and there is a lot of sightseeing around. Very peaceful, perfect for those seeking rest and rejuvenation.
