Elisabetta - the host, it's wonderful. The (ground floor) apartment has everything you need. For example, you can find there even salt, sugar, coffee capsules and simple coffee machine. Only about you must thinking to bring with you is some food, preferably for few days if you don't want to drive every day about 7 km (+ walk 400 m) to the nearest (small) shop (5.5 km narrow road). In the apartment, on the windows are mosquito nets, so you can sleep with open windows all night without worry of mosquito bites. Also, it's nice to hear and see free walking sheep around apartment. Very peaceful place. Main and enchanting Lubenice beach is about 40 min by walk down trough stone path, mostly in shadow (about 1 hour hiking back). It is high recommended to have shoes with a thick sole, take with you enough drinkable water and maybe some snacks if you are planning being there at least few hours.
Just a 6-minute walk from Melin Beach and 700 yards from Kimen Beach, Villa Orhideja features accommodations in Cres, with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

The room was immaculate! Easy to locate and parking is right in front of the building, Nice view and the town center is a short walk away. The staff was super friendly! Cres, the town, and the island are amazing and peaceful and if I return, I will stay here.

I particularly appreciated the top tips of places to visit which meant that our short stay on Cres was magical.
On our last morning I got into a complete pickle trying to spin some clothes in the washing machine and the owners were gracious and understanding in helping me to get them out and dried - really going above and beyond to help even though they had a super-busy morning ahead of them getting the apartments ready for incoming guests.

Very pretty and comfortable apartment in an amazing old village above beautiful beaches. We were made very welcome and loved Lubinice. We visited both beaches for a sunset picnic and morning visit to the blue cave. Enjoyed the hikes up and down the cliff paths through the pine forest. Then lunch at the bar in the village looking over the hillside scenery. Recommend spending 2 nights at least - we were sad to move on.
It is more beautiful, than on the pictures. You feel yourself on the top of the World. The apartment has everything, 100% clean and cosy. The hosts are superb, waited for us in time.

Cozy apartment that makes you feel like being in a different time. Very good communication with the host via WhatsApp. Equipped with all necessary things. The location is also very nice for hiking down to Lubenice Beach with beautiful views of the town on the rocks.
The authentic character of the apartment combined with the most stunning views and the experience of staying in the small and rather remote village of Lubenice was a special experience. The host is very responsive and flexible. Price-quality rate is excellent. We would definitely recommend!
Unforgettable stay! After a bit extreme driving via narrow but good quality mountain road you'll find yourself in a modern apartment in an old historical village Lubenice on the top of the mountain! There are few beaches around: in Valun going by car or bicycle, or mountain hike to the beach downhill (if you are not too lazy). Cousy traditional restaurant nearby.
It's has been a wonderful place for us.
The village is beautiful and completely quiet.
The house is really cozy, with many pretty details and amazing sea and sunset views
For us it was only possible to stay two nights in Cres island, but if it had been possible, we would have loved to spend in this apartment many more days.
