A gem of a place on beautiful island of Ugljan. Relatively well accessible even without a car, although you will be limited to the bus schedule that is made to suit the ferry schedule to and from the mainland.
The apartment itself with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sitting area is nice, clean, well maintained. The best part by far though is the balcony with a view over the bay of Kali. Also unbeatable with the kids is the property's own swimming pool which is quite rare on the island. Even with other guests around it never felt crowded.

The apartment looks exactly as advertised. It’s clean and tidy. However, there was an issue with communication with the host. I couldn’t get in touch with the host prior to the booking and when we arrived it turned out that the host didn’t know we are coming. This resulted in our check in being delayed for 3 hours. The host claimed there was an issue with the booking.com app
Apart from that, our stay was really good and the apartment is well-located. It’s very close to a nice bay.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with a nice table and chairs and a gorgeous sea view. The pool area and garden are perfect! Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and very generous. Preko is a quiet escape from busy Zadar with plenty of good restaurants to choose from, 2 grocery stores and bike rental nearby. We walked everywhere.

Our hosts were great and ever drove us to a nearby town when we needed to see a doctor. We loved the location of this pretty apartment in Kukljica. The aircon made our stay (almost forty degrees) a lot better! We used the kitchen to cook, pans available, just no salt, pepper, etc.
Excellent apartment with a stunning view, equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. Very welcoming hosts. What was surprising is that despite the +35 degrees Celsius temperature outside, we hardly used the air conditioner because the apartment is well-ventilated when the windows are open, making it comfortable to stay inside.
We were warmly welcomed and treated with love and care. The apartment itself is a dream. Sea breeze and sunlight flowing through, equipped like an own home. The location is also very special and offers walking distances to a variety of destinations on both sides of the island. Dreaming of coming back.
Fabulous location, right by the water. It's a big and spacious apartment - two bedrooms and a couch. There were three of us. My daughter slept on the couch. The shower was great. There's a balcony which catches the morning sun. It's a 10-minute walk into town, where the shops are. All the various beaches are within walking distance. The sea here is exceptional.
Beautiful apartment in a great location, really fully equipped, wonderful terrace and nice view of the sea. This place is incredible and exactly how the picture show it. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay here.
Zoran and Maja were exceptional hosts! The apartment was very large, comfortable and stocked with more amenities than I have at home. They were so helpful and organized a dinner at a local restaurant, a private boat, and bikes for us. Nothing tops the fish dinner they prepared! Very generous and warm hosts and I would not hesitate to return.
The apartment was absolutely perfect! Super clean, great location, and breathtaking view. We were so pleased with all of the incredible ammenities and details. The host was so friendly and helpful.
