The house was mostly clean, the hosts were friendly when they communicated, the flowers in the front were pretty, they provided water on arrival which we appreciated, the beds were comfortable, the appliances were nice, shower had good water pressure and towels were nice. The design was unique. The airport was REALLY close.

We were so happy to discover Apartment Navi- it was a very comfortable apartment with everything a guest could need- plus it was super clean! There were also some basic provisions waiting for us at check in, such as thoughtful touch. The apartment has a well tended garden and a nice private terrace and table with chairs to eat outside and enjoy the gardens. The kind hosts gave us some of their wonderful mandarins and lemons from their trees. Excellent location if you want swimming areas and restaurants.

Excellent accommodations, everything was clean and comfortable with everything you may need. The location was perfect for visiting Kastela- just a short drive from the Split airport. We had a car, but we could walk to all the places we wanted to go. Ivan provided parking in his driveway, a real perk in this area. We had the second floor apartment, it was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a complete kitchen and big living room area with a large sofa. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and a big closet. From our balcony we looked over the pool (big and deep by Croatian standards). It was February so we of course couldn’t use it, but I imagine in the summer it would be an amazing place to hang out. The sea is just 2 minutes by foot (behind the pool), going from the house to the beach, you pass through Kaštel Lukisic’s sweet little park, so thoughtfully planned for both children and adults. There are a few grocery stores around, one just across the road. We go to Kastela often and will book Ivan’s place again!

Fantastic! Location is wonderful, Kaštel is a beautiful area. Close to the apartment there is a bakery, a bar, and the beach isn't too far.
The apartment itself is lovely, very spacious. The beds are a little harder, but I like that.

Very nice apartment with all amenities (kitchen, bathroom, TV, internet, lighting, parking, stove, air condition, freezer, microwave, etc. , etc.) in good (modern) condition and working properly. Location: about 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes walk to the center of the Old Town. Good place to spend 2 or 3 days, like visiting Hvar, the Old Town nearby, do some kayaking or something and have a good time... Definitely recommend...

This apartment is three bus stops from the airport, so a five minute taxi/uber ride at the most. The location is very convenient. Check in was a little challenging with language issues. I think the host will pick you up at the airport, but we arrived by bus from Split and arrived earlier than they expected. Be prepared to WhatsApp or message the host to communicate. The rental is at the top floor of the building but the air conditioning kept it cool even on a hot day. If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport, this is a great option.

Very clean and well equipped studio flat.
The host left croissants and coke/water for us which was very welcome as there was a power outage in the whole of Croatia and Montenegro which meant we couldn’t get any food or money.
Communication was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for anymore in the studio.
We only stayed for one evening so that we could be close to the airport and it was fine for that.
Very clean and modern apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace was also nice. The kids loved that there was Netflix and a PS5. The kitchen has everything you need. The beach was close - a 5-minute walk. Kaštela Star could be walked along the promenade. Private under-roof parking. The owner was very kind and helpful - we were treated to a meal 🙂

Very spacious apartment with very friendly owners. It’s easy to visit different interesting locations from here in the area when you have a rental car. But there is also a train station nearby if you want to go to Split by train. We visited Split, Klis fortress, Krka NP, Sibenik and Primošten. The airport is only 15 minutes away if you stay here your last night.

Another thing we liked: the flat was staying relatively cool during the hot summer night even without the air conditioning on. Or, put it this way: cooler than other apartments, because it is situated partially under the ground level (or at least this is how it seemed to me).
Also, the host was super helpful.
Fantastic location, just 5 minutes easy walk from the airport and much more spacious than I was expecting. 3 of us stayed in the studio apartment very comfortably. The kitchen facilities and garden terrace were great. Perfect for a short stay before flying home, and great value.
