What an absolutely gorgeous location, with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding countryside. We were looking for an overnight apartment during our tour of the Istria region and this met our needs perfectly. We stayed in two of the upstairs apartments. Each room had air-conditioning, which was great for those hot summer nights, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchenette with two stove-top hotplates for cooking, and everything required, even that necessary morning coffee. The bathroom was small but super cute and comfortable. Parking was behind the property. The host was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this location for a visit to Grožnjan.

We arrived last minute and they were so friendly and welcomed us although at that moment Croatian national team was plaing football. They offered us a fresh welcome drink.
We travelled by bike and they made a reservation for us in a small restaurant in Oprtalj where we had a nice dinner with a "wonderful" view.
It was not foreseen but our hostess made us a fantastic and rich breakfast and we could eat on the terrrace of the appartment. Thank you again !

It is exactly as per the photos. It is a newly renovated and very well equipped apartment. Beautiful contemporary design while retaining some original features. Everything in the apartment worked really well especially the aircon. I didn’t use the coffee machine so can’t comment but was pleased they provided a kettle. I always worry about parking but there are spaces right outside owned by the property. I was on the third floor so had a lovely view of the rolling hills. The location is so peaceful and Groznjan can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The mattress was firm but that’s how I like them so no complaints from me.

Apartment is very small and modest. However, thats why its so affordable. I personally was just looking to sleep for 2 nights and continue to explore Istria, and that's what I got.
Owner lady was very nice.

The room is very small, very small shower, but again, its super affordable.

The most charming apartment with a breathtaking view from the hill. The backyard was a gem, and the host's assistance was exceptional. I wish there is an option to rate it 11 out of 10!
