Honestly…I still really dont get the last negative reviews 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe there were made some changes in the last days so we didnt find anything negative to be mentioned, but we were satisfied with the small house in general. We found the keys in the lockbox what is the way of getting keys we prefer because you can arrive whenever you want… The house was clean, the curtains on the windows and beds sheets smelled very good. The bathroom was clean and there wasnt any bad smell at all. There were the towels, shower gel, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, little contact grill, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules, several kinds of tea, instant coffee, sweet snacks, welcome drink, big fridge with the feezer, kettle, washing mashine with detergent, clean shower, ball for kids, grill outside in the garden, little swing and trampoline. You can buy there some honey and alcohol if you are on the way home and still didnt get any presents for bringing home…
There is no fireplace stove inside at all what was a difference compared with promo pictures. The night was pretty cold, but we slept well. We didnt want to try to use the A/C because it looked like its best years are over…so that is the only one thing I can mention like a small minus. With the fireplace it would be perfect, but maybe it is just in the process now and there will be some soon.
The neighbourhood was quiet. Here and there some barking dog but it is not disturbing inside of the house at all. The entrance to the front yard is monitored by the camera.

Our group of three friends stayed at Apartments Milanka in Croatia, and overall, we had a great experience! The apartment has a fantastic modern design and is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We loved the interior and felt right at home.
The only downside was that the host wasn’t there when we arrived, and it wasn’t entirely clear how to check in. Thankfully, we eventually found someone who gave us the key, but a bit more clarity on the process would have been helpful. Additionally, payment can only be made in cash, as they don’t accept credit cards, which was a bit inconvenient.
Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and didn’t find them too critical. We would definitely recommend Apartments Milanka!

For us it was a perfect stay while in Zadar County. The Zrmanja surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The location is a good starting point if you want to visit the area, we did a lot of day trips within 1 hour distance by car. The apartment is very spacious and clean, all the furniture is new and you have all the necessary amenities at your disposal. We really appreciated the big balcony from where the view is very nice and we could see the stars during the night. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, easy to communicate with, they welcomed us with fresh fruits and cold drinks. We definitely recommend the location especially if you are travelling with kids!

What a superb apartment- brand new, clean, cool, spacious and a lovely view. Our hosts were fabulous- so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay wonderful. Property is a great base for exploring Croatia - we went to Krka, Plitvice, Pag, Zadar, Sibernik and some lovely beaches. Couldn’t recommend this place more if we tried.
Everything was spectacular. Owners are very friendly and made our stay even better. Apartment was sparkling clean with air conditioning, coffee machine and even a few snacks which we really appreciate. Also beds were super comfortable!

Everything was fantastic! The house, with multiple apartments, is in excellent condition and beautifully maintained. The property is covered with flowers and charming details crafted by the host, Gordana. The breakfast was amazing—probably the best part of the stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and fully functional. Boris and Gordana were incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed!

This apartment is spectacular. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Coffee machine, cakes, his and hers toiletries. Welcoming hosts, pristinely groomed room, courtyard and facilities. Pricing is too cheap, I would gladly pay double for this service we received.
