Beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with large balcony in a quiet, rural setting only a 6 minute drive from nearest Plitvice Lakes entrance. Our hosts, Živan & Jasna, we’re unfortunately unable to meet us as they were called away on family business but they left us fabulous instructions about the place and even called a local restaurant to reserve a table for us the night we arrived. Živan also kindly contacted us via What’s App to tell us the best way of getting into the park and the how to get to the special viewpoints along the way, and left maps for us to follow. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for cooking there is you wish and we thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of local white wine they had kindly left for us in the fridge! Absolutely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Plitvice Lakes area.

Room is clean and warm. Bed is very comfortable. fully equipped kitchen. Hosts are nice and friendly. They can't speak English but with translation software we are able to communication. Driving to Plitvice lake only take 5 minutes.
We will stay there if we go there again.

This place is wonderful. Perfectly positioned for visiting Plitvice Lakes and the surrounding area, it's a warm and welcoming property. Besi who manages Apartments Paradise is a wonderful host: friendly, helpful, good fun and full of local advice and knowledge. Our son was poorly after we arrived and we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. Besi took this in her stride and made us feel exceptionally well looked after. We'll certainly return if we revisit this beautiful part of the world.

Not a bad room for one night. Large room, comfortable bed. If it is cold outside, the owners can switch on the heating. There is a balcony, but if there are neighbours in the next room, you will have a shared balcony. The room was very clean. Also had all the necessary utensils for cooking. Good wifi. 10 minutes by car and you are on Plitwiza lakes.

Wonderful apartment. Spacious and beautifully decorated, every detail taken into account. Modern and immaculately clean, the apartment has everything you could need. Air conditioning works great. The owner is a lovely lady, very attentive. She even provides homemade cakes, fruit, snacks and beer. A simply splendid place to stay. Great location. Don’t hesitate and book now. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and well equipped for a short stay. The air conditioning was a good addition for the two hot summer nights we spent there. The location is great, with beautiful views and garden. The address was not easy to find with the navigation, but once in Vaganac, there are road signs towards the apartment.
Super quite and well equipped apartment with all necessary things. Close to Plitvice, 20 min drive, and easy to find. Signs point to the place. Easy to get in, lockbox with keys, nice country surroundings, playground for kids. Set outside in the evening- you could hear nothing- such a pleasure and total mind relax. We booked both the upper apartment and the cottage house for a family of 7. Both apartments was comfortable, very clean and very well-equipped. Altough it is on the main street (the only street of the village :)), it was calm with a big, well-maintened garden (no fence). Plitvice Lakes entrance is appr 15 minutes drive. We spent there 2 nights. Great value for the price: really recommended.
