The apartment and the host are great!
We arrived in the late evening, and Ivo gave us all the needed instructions (with photos too) to park and check-in.
The next day, we decided we wanted to extend our stay with one more day, Ivo accommodated us and provided us with all we needed.
The apartment is in a quiet area, with a private parking spot. It has a beautiful small garden with furniture and a view of the hills, great for your morning coffee.
Ivo helped us find all the right spots for sightseeing and dining. He even helped us plan our next steps and road for the trip.
Great experience and great host. We are definitely saving it for the next time.

These are beautiful apartments with stunning sea views. Very close to shops and restaurant. The location is perfect with its own parking and a nice pool. The owner was really friendly and helpful. A taxi service is also offered. I would certainly recommend Villa Sunset.

Location...location...location...literally across the street from the entrance to Old Town...bus stop is half a block from the door...restaurants, markets and bakeries are in the next block...cable car is about 3 blocks away.
The apartment was super clean, tidy and secure. Kitchen was well equipped. Basic cooking essentials...salt, pepper, spices, oil...were not provided. Tons of storage space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.
We loved the private garden seating area, which was just outside of our front door.
Andrea, the host, was super helpful with arranging transportation from and to the airport. She was quick to respond to requests and was always friendly and cheerful.
Only 300 metres from the nearest beach, Apartments Sunset is located in the picturesque town of Mlini, 8 km south of Dubrovnik.

Collecting keys was very easy and Anita showed us around the unit. Anita was very friendly and welcoming, also our unit did not have a washing machine but she showed me where the laundry was as well as offered her own dryer to dry our clothes.

I only stayed one night but it was a lovely apartment and could've easily spent more time there! The host was extremely flexible and nice enough to wait up and give me the key personally as my flight arrived quite late. It is about halfway between the airport and Dubrovnik old town, which is pretty convenient. She also had a bottle of bubbly waiting for me in the fridge which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment. Big bedrooms. Spacious living room/kitchen area. Extra points for the pool and "pool area" what is great for evenings where you can eat outside :). Location is good (if you have rental-car). Nearest beach is about 5 minute drive by car and there is also very nice promenade with resturants etc. Area is very quiet for relaxing vacation.
