We had a room tucked in the back which still offered a sea view. We were able to go sit up at a higher location for a better view of the sunset. The room offered a small kitchenette with coffee pods and a fridge with a water bottle. It was nice to have a few dishes as we did bring some food back with us. The room was comfortable with a clean bathroom with hot water and a very functional AC/heating until. There was ample parking for us. Overall we were very pleased with it and the location was great to not be city center but still be close to things happening.

We were traveling for my mother's birthday, the hosts were amazing and even got us a cake to celebrate! We had the loveliest time and adored Milos. We had a wonderful view for breakfast and the weather was amazing for late October. Pollonia is an adorable little town that was just closing up for the season so we feel very lucky to have been able to enjoy it while we could. Can't wait to go back! Perfect! John and his wife were excellent hosts. The place is very clean, very safe and walking distance to the port, restaurants, grocery and other needs. It is very safe. Do not hesitate to book this place. John is very communicative, helpful and very easy to talk to.

Few minutes walk from the town, nice to be a bit tucked away on a quiet street. We didn't hire a car, just used the bus to travel so it was ideal to be so close to the bus stop. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our room didn't have a private balcony, but it had outdoor seating outside the front door which we used everyday. Communication with Antonia was great. I highly recommend this stay in Milos!

We have stayed in accommodation on four different continents and by far Avra has been the kindest host. As a traveler herself, her understanding, compassion and effort is remarkable. As for the accommodation, a very clean and beautiful studio in a nicely centralized location on the island, from this quite village away from the crowds, you can easily reach the northern and the southern beaches and towns with a vehicle or ATV. Highly recommended!
Studio Farma is the perfect place if you want to stay in contact with Nature and animals, far from the main villages. The property is a kind of farm, where there are some apartments, a beautiful garden and various animals.

Love staying here and have done several times; it is almost like coming home to family. A lovely host (Avra) running simple (but comfortable) accomodation in a small and friendly village. Not for those seeking night-life (but then, would they be coming to Milos?) Avra Studios epitomes the friendly, relaxed ethos of the island. Seclude beaches, unspoiled environment, good food and friendly people are what Milos offers and, for a keen naturalist like me, it is what Paradise must have been like.
Great stay in this beautiful flat. Everything is new and very well kept. It is very quiet, there is no noise at all which allows you to rest very well. Best of all the kindness of the hosts and their attention. We were warmly welcomed with fruit, homemade cakes and water. Every day they also brought us a surprise such as eggs from their hens or figs. No doubt if we return to Milos we will come back again.
The property was well kept and had one of the best showers we had on the Greek islands.
Avra was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to help us find a rental car (for a good price) for our stay. She picked us up from the port and made sure that we could contact her for anything we needed at all. She also put us in touch with her son Manos who organised a very last minute boat tour around the island for us!
Avra gave great recommendations on what to do around the island, and made our stay enjoyable.
We had a lovely stay in Avra’s studios. Avra is a great host who clearly loves what she does. She helped us get from the ferry port to the accommodation, showed us the must sees of Milos and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We highly recommend this place!
The owners went above and beyond hosting us. We arrived with the fridge full, homemade Greek food and a warm smile. The apartment was clean, the food was delicious and the hosts were very attentive❤️
