Really loved our stay, the property is new, the room is beautiful with amazing balcony and overlooking the sea. Pool was awesome, the water was freezing, but it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

Petros was the best host. Truly such a lovely person and extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great trip. The stay itself was superb - super amazing balcony that looks out onto the beautiful town, and then two windows at the front that look out onto the port and street. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities you need - even a washing machine! The LOCATION was excellent - right in the main town and only 5 minutes max to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Petros for your hospitality and kindness, it will never be forgotten! We look forward to coming back to Syros to stay in this beautiful place.

The amenities, the location, the size of the rooms, the clean and modern feel. We loved being steps to all the restaurants, coffee spots, bars, and shops but being slightly tucked away on a small, quiet pedestrian alley where we didn’t hear a thing after dark. The team, including Argiris and Alexandra, was phenomenal, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring the rooms were clean and we had fresh linens at all times. This was our third visit to Syros. We would absolutely stay at Grammata Suites again!

We love everything. Kostas is the best host ever. The apartment is excellent, very clean, has everything you need, beautiful view, close to the beach... We spent 12 days there and enjoyed every moment. Chilled wine and water awaited us, our host was there for our every question, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and in the spacious lounge areas of this apartment. Its wonderful views over Vari and the Med were just awesome as well. The hosts also provided so many added extras and food/toiletry supplements to make our stay really comfortable from the get-go.
The apartment overlooked the sea. It was an absolutely magnificent view. Pure bliss to sit on the terrace early in the morning and in the evening over watching the Vari bay. Apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary facilities. There are two beaches close by that you can walk to from the apartment.
Hosts are friendly, talkative, ready to help, react quickly. Special thanks for early check in and late check out. Big thanks goes to the hosts.

Great apartment very well equipped a little isolated without a car, but lovely & quiet with very spacious balcony. 18 mins. walk to Vari beach & mini mart.
The apartment was exactly as portrayed in the photos. It was so well equipped, clean & comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome basket for the first morning and also the cleaning every 2 days.
Apartment was lovely. Clean with all facilities needed and lovely outside balcony. Great breakfast. Owners were really friendly and we really appreciated their suggestions on what to do in Syros. Recommend anyone staying here - you will not be disappointed.
