The views, the cleanliness, the breakfast Polyxeni made JUST for us and the rest of the breakfast, coffee, the spotless room. The hosts, Polyxeni, George and their son Niko made you feel like you were staying with good relatives. Niko made a phone call and hooked us up with a boat owner who conducts surrounding islands mini cruises and he waited and took us on a nice one, on the cheap (perfect time trip duration for 60 something year olds. Probably the most pleasant stop on our two week old journey and now hope the rest 6 weeks go the same. Hotel even had adequate parking, a RARITY in most of Greece.

The position of the studios is perfect – 2 min walk from the port where are most of the restaurants and cafes; 5-10 min walk from the shops and bakeries; 10 min walk from the nearest beach. The studios are close to everything and in the same time it is very quiet and calm.
We booked an apartment – it was very clean and comfortable. In front of the studios there is a nice garden with olive trees and beautiful flowers, very good maintained. There are hammocks that can be used by the guests
The most amazing thing were the hosts – very friendly and helpful. Irini, the daughter, is a real treasure. She welcomed us and explained everything, recommended us some good restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, our car broke down, Irini immediately called her mechanic and arranged for the car to be fixed. She even came to the beach in Igoumenitsa with her own car to take us and drove us with to the repair shop.

The apartment was furnished very well, and I loved the room layout. It looked as good in real life as in the photos. It has a spacious enough balcony. The apartment and the whole villa was clean and proper. Dimitris is a very welcoming host, and made our stay even better. The villa is located really close to the main boardwalk and cafes and restaurants, so that's a plus.

The hosts are wonderful people! Apartment very clean. Every three days is a cleaning treatment and change of bed linen and towels. Every day we found a place to park our car! Everything! The apartment feels brand new, everything was provided from kitchenware to good quality linens and towels. The views are spectacular across the harbour with a lovely covered terrace to sit on. The windows include fitted mosquito screens and shutters. A top of the range washing machine and netflix plus off street parking on a flat area for our motorcycles...it was all perfect!
The studio was absolutely clean and the garden was beautiful, like an oasis. The temperature of the pool was just perfect. Although the kitchen equipment was very basic, we found so many nice places in Sivota and Parga that we did not need to cook anything. Our host was very friendly and helpful! Every second day the apartment was cleaned and we received new towels/bed sheet. The area was quiet.
Lovely all the way. Maria and her daughter took good care if us with fresh vegetables and eggs from their own garden. Nice modern apartments and pool area with a great view. Quiet and relaxing, uphill, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Sivota.

Great position right on the harbour next to the main taverna, bars and shops. Nice welcome from the very good Italian restaurant below. We got a free upgrade from a studio to an apartment (we went the end of september, so rather end season). The apartment was perfect. Clean, spatious but most of all, it had a super nice terrace! The property is quite but still very close to the city center of Syvota with many restaurants and bars.
