The apartment is brand new. It is very clean and comfortable. We had a super pleasant stay. The host is so welcome and very friendly. He gave us information about good taverns for food, excellent beaches and basic information about the island. The apartment is in the middle of the olive grove. In the apartment you can feel the wind from the ocean and from the mountains. We were sleeping like babies. I totally recommend.

Everything in the apartment was new, the jacuzzi was very nice. The rooms are spacious and very nicely designed. The beds were very comfortable. They provide cleaning services every day. The staff was very friendly. Miss Emilia checked on us to make sure everything is ok.
They also provided an iron, hair drayer and a stander for drying laundry in the terrace. The apartment is also equipped with a metallic safe to leave your money safely.
Everything was functional, we could find pans, pots, glasses, cups, an electrical kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine that we appreciated. Some bowls for breakfast cereals would have been helpful.
The villa has a generous garden with a lot of olive and pomegranate trees and sitting areas. In the back of the villa, there is a generous parking where you can leave your car safely. Every apartment has a separate entrance from outside and it gives you a great privacy feeling.
The location of Villa Emilia is great, 5 minutes walking from Pachis Beach, Sentido beach and Pefkospilia taverna that has super tasty food, large portions and very fast and friendly staff. The sea water in front of Pefkospilia Taverna is cristal clear with an amazing tourquise colour.
I highly reccomend Villa Emilia for a great vacation.

The location is close to the beach (2 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the supermarket). The apartment is spacious and clean with a big terrace. I would come back even though there were some shortcomings.
A beautiful, brand new facility with a small number of luxury apartments and studios. Tastefully designed. Wonderful, very hospitable owners, who make you feel at home. And the location: 180 degrees view of the sea. We would just cross 6-7 meters of a green grass lawn and directly go into the sea. Most of the time we would have the whole beach to ourselves.
It’s really close from sea beach (3 minutes). It’s quiet and nice. Small garden gives us a lot of pleasant evenings outside. Apartments are build in traditional Greek style and looks very authentic to this area.
