Despoina is a wonderful host. She can teach other hosts how to do the job! The property is same as advertised, cleaned every day during our 15 day stay, close to the beach 3-5 mins walking distance with a good beach bar (Oasis). Despoina makes you feel welcome during your stay, but I won't give the details as you should experience it yourself!

Building is amazing in a scenary location. The interior of our apartment was brand new, rooms are big and full of light. Amazing sea view from room and from terraces. Nice reception with ice cream, cocktails, and drinks. Very close to the beach where the water was hot and crystal clean. Plenty of tavernas at 5 mins drive.

The room was the biggest we ever booked for two adults and two kids. The veranda was equal large. The air conditioning had separate controls for bedroom and main area and was working flawlessly. The room and the hotel in general, were very clean and nice decorated. The breakfast was very good with variaty. The pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and ombrellas. We also use the playroom playing table tennis. Recommended for sure for relaxed holidays.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer.
Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.
We had the best apartment: number 10 on the second floor facing beach and the sea. We had a very friendly welcome and a lovely farewell. The location is very practical for exploring the northern part of Evia. To enlarge the choice of restaurants consider to go to Limni, only a short drive away.
Very spacious and modern apartment. I only stayed for one night but it‘s well equipped for a longer stay; there is a big wardrobe, a big drying rack with plenty of pegs, a huge fridge, a spacious balcony with a table and chairs.
The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street within a short distance from the beach. There are many shops around (bakery, cafe, mini markets). The couple who manages the property are very kind and helpful.
The area is very relaxing and calm.

Good size studio, good balcony and Ms Elisabeth was very nice. Close to Rovies village but you always need to take the car to go there, nothing is reachable by foot. Sea in front of you if you want to take a bath but with nothing to seat. Shops in the villages are small, so better stop on the way at Lidl or other big supermarket to buy stuff you need.
The property is a cute apartment building, recently renovated by a very nice couple.
The room was new, beautiful and super clean. Everything was well maintained and organized. The building itself is also new and well designed.
The view from our window was exceptional, and there is a nearby beach (5 min walk).
Newly refurbished rooms, tastefully furnished made our stay in this lovely apartment even better. So close to the sea makes it the perfect location. New restaurant makes fab food too.
Host was very nice, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Beautiful garden, loved the look of the houses. The apartment was very clean. Relaxing environment and lovely calm beach.
