Such a great location in a very charming old building. It’s a little away from the main drag, so pretty quiet, but still very easy access to everything in Chora. Also, was close to a safe car park. Loved the set up with two separate rooms and having two bathrooms was a bonus for us travelling with a tween! Also the restaurant just next door serves really excellent traditional Greek food at very reasonable prices. We were there on a day when a special church service was held - hearing the church bells and chanting was quite magical.

The hostess was super nice and met me at the port for pickup and dropoff. She helped me with luggage since it was an uphill climb with street stairs and then steep stairs to get into the apartment. The accommodations were nice, clean and close to the Katapola bus station, Amorgos ferry port, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, port cruises, ATM.

Clare met us at the port- and drove us to the front door. This was unexpected and appreciated as the property is up a small hill. Our room said 'street view' but we still could see the water- we actually changed rooms mid stay for a better sea view, but to be honest- we were thrilled with both our rooms! The balcony is huge! and the views are unbeatable

Spectacular location, overlooking north end of Amorgos, great hiking out the front door, All the facilities were exceptional, kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom comfortable and very quiet and restorative after a day's hiking. Several good tavernas nearby. Beautiful beach about 3km walk or drive away. A real well rounded base of operation, outside the busyness of the port, but still easy to reach for ferry or car rentals.
