Breakfast, which was lovely was delivered to our room. Walk to town was about 15 minutes, however, the uphill return to the unit was tiring (particularly if one is unfit!! ). Very spacious unit and well equipped for short or long stays. Street car parking right outside units. Outdoor seating area is semi-private. Loved that they were able to take care of our laundry needs at a reasonable cost. Close to Therma the hot springs town where we had a great lunch of fresh fish and greens at the Avra Taverna. Enjoyed live music entertainment by Accubra Cocos in Ag Kirikos at one of the bars. Overall an enjoyable 3 night stay.

The property is right in the centre of Raches, but away from the noise of the square. The apartment has everything you are likely to need. The host was very friendly and helpful. We may well come back on a future visit to Ikaria.
Everything was great, very warm welcome, Costas and his wife are so lovely and helpful. The apartment is in a beautifull area with flowers. Very clean, quiet and nearby tavernas. Big rooms and very good beds. All was perfect.

In mountain village with life going on around you these modern apartments have marvellous views looking down the valley. The owners have provided everything you might need along with little food gifts (super local honey amongst other things!). Mariagrazia the young lady who looked after us was lovely, gracious & helpful ~ I can’t thank her enough for going out of her way to make us feel at home.
Newly renovated, bathroom was very good with separate shower (many places in Greece have the shower almost on top of the loo). Nice touches like electric shutters. Comfortable bed.
We stayed in the studio apt mid Sep and it was very quiet. Maybe because it’s at the back of the building and also because there were no parties at Christos village.

Gorgeous stay - the views of the valley are stunning, both from inside the apartment and on the terrace. Everything was immaculate and in great condition. The owners were thoughtful, relaxed and generous; we often came home to little treats from the garden or the island.
The location is ideal, in the center of the nightlife and of the general life of Raches with a lot of brunch places just a second away. The apartment is quite big, the bed is comfy and the host was really responsive throughout our stay. He even allowed us to store our suitcases for hours after check out so that we do not carry them around til our boat trip back.
The location was perfect. It was cool even in the very hot days. The village has anything you might need. Kyriakos is a great, friendly and very helpful host. The apartment was really spacious and very clean. Perfect both for short and long stay. The best think was the apartment's temperature. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it and go back.
