We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luisa Apartments! The location was perfect, and we were incredibly satisfied with everything, from the apartment itself to the warm hospitality of the Stefanos, his wife and his crew ☺️. Despite being the last guests of the season, we never felt like anything was lacking. The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would be delighted to stay here again and would highly recommend these apartments to others. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

I can honestly say it’s the finest place for a vacation. Magnificent view, calm and quiet and the owner Despina is really nice attentive.

Excellent place to stay in Karfas. The personel and the manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good quality. My room-apartment was very big. Exceptional unique cocktails from Katerina the lovely smiley lady at the Bar.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Everything was perfect! The best accommodation we ever had so far. You just have to pack your clothes and have a stop at a supermarket if you want to cook in the apartment. They had everything there! Super equipt apartment.
The view was breathtaking, the owners and staff very polite, warm people and always helpful. The entire place was clean, tidy and good organised. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again when we revisit Chios. 💖🙌
Absolutely everything ! Every single detail at the apartment was delicately selected. Owners were super friendly and even made a small cheesecake gift for us. I have been several times in Chios but Louiza Apartments was far beyond the best of all. You should definitely enjoy the sunset and the crystal clear sea.
A beautiful location at the southern end of the island, overlooking a gorgeous bay and with a real sense of privacy. The plumbing in our bathroom was a little haywire (lots of flooding), but the apartment was clean and comfortable and the grounds (especially the hammocks swinging from the trees) were very pleasant, complete with some friendly kitties (this is the Greek islands, after all). WiFi was surprisingly good for such a remote location, but you want to get here and just disconnect. :-)
The location is perfect: the bay is quite private and the apartment has a great view over it. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful.

Total peaceful paradise! Generous, friendly and helpful host, beautiful and huge apartment with magnificent view! Choice of one private beach and another still quiet beach with bar. Price was absolutely outstanding too! Τελεια!
The view from the apartments was something so beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Loved that we were provided with beach towels and was given mastiha gum. Super nice touch. We had one issue but it was resolved and they were so apologetic even though it was out of their control.
The apartment Olympia was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated and the hosts were super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend for relaxing holidays, with amazing sea view and a wonderful, clean pebbled beach at a walking distance! Can't wait to go back again!
