Everything was extremely nice from the beginning. Cozy place, comfortable apartment, perfect location in a quiet area in the middle of amazing olive trees and close to everything you need (beach, cafe/restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). The owner was very kind, helpful and supportive and I wish that every time I would experience such level of hospitality. I should separately highlight the level of cleanness in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re seeking for a retreat and quality rest from the city rush.

The Apartments were clean and close to the beach. The hosts were just amazing, friendly and accommodating for our big family. I would highly recommend the place and will be back.

Easy access to the beach and restaurants; the extra bathroom with sink and toilet is an advantage. The apartment is split on 2 levels (ground and 1st floor) and is big enough for a family of 4. You can find free parking in a small pine tree forest, a few minutes away from the property.
Everything was JUST PERFECT!! Starting from the excellent location (just across the beach and the sea)
Inside the property we found literally everything that we could imagine. Even more! The host was very polite and helpful. The private parking lot has the sunshade witch was helpful.
We were very satisfied with the apartment and all the facilities.
Will look for the same apartment some other time if we visit Psakoudia again!!

Apartment is spacious, good for 4 adult person. Everything is new inside, kitchen is well equipped. We got new sheets and towels every 2 or 3 days. The owner Fortis and his son are very helpful, called us every day to check if all is good.
We had a lovely, restful stay at Avgerou Studios and Apartments. The hosts were very hospitable, the studio was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the view was beautiful. Great (shaded) parking on the premises as well. Fully recommend!
Spacious pet friendly studio apartment with everything you need. Host was very kind and friendly and always available. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beach is right across the street with lots of beach bars and a couple of restaurants are next to the studio. We had a great time here with our dog and highly recommend this accommodation, hoping to visit it again someday.
